This two site modern independent is hiring for growth and is looking for an SA vet to join their team. Ideally with two years’ experience, but it’s an emphatic team player that is just as important to them.
This isn’t a practice that cuts corners they have a team of experienced vets and nurses working in a relaxed, friendly environment together, a highly skilled team that is passionate about providing quality care whilst maintaining a focus on work-life balance and fun in the workplace.
This practice has a real ‘family feel,’ about it where everyone pulls together when there’s work, and relaxes when it’s time. An accredited fear-free, and cat-friendly clinic it has a strong supportive team that wants the best for patients and practice.
Without the shackles of a large vet group, decisions can be made quickly and ideas are encouraged. You can expect plenty of social occasions here, days and nights out to celebrate success, it’s not all work work work!
You will be getting stuck in right from the start with a great mix of consults. X-rays, client calls, and surgeries. You will have plenty of time with patients, no production line consults here. If you want variety this practice has it in spades!
They are keen on developing and investing in you. Because it’s mutually beneficial a generous CPD allowance will take care of that. They encourage continued learning and are happy to train you in areas of interest.
Regarding hours they are super flexible, you can either work 4 days a week (8.30-5.30pm) Part time would be 3 days same hours. 1 in 4 Sat mornings and no OOHs. If you can’t do these hours, tell us what you can do and they will try and work with you.

A salary of $90k -$150k yearly, DOE, 5 weeks paid holidays per year, fees paid for, plus accommodation on arrival may be long term, and some relocation assistance will be offered.
