Here at Vetfinders we are helping a practice find their next hire. They have a new opportunity for a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.

Role
- No OOH
- 4 days a week
- 10 hours shifts, 0800 – 1900
- One evening on-call, 1200 – 2200
- 1:5 Weekends, 0800 – 1800
The vets work between the 3 surgeries on a rota system working a 4-day week. There is on-call until 10pm when the phones then go over to vets now
They also work weekends on a rota system 1 in 5 weekends, hours for weekends are 08.30-18.00 both Saturday and Sunday
The weekly schedule is made up of consultations, operations, on-call and dealing with any emergencies
A minimum of 2 years’ experience is preferred.
The Practice
We are a Small animal practice which consists of our main surgery and 2 branches surgeries, we have all the usual equipment including dental x-ray and laparoscopic equipment.
We have a team of 10 vets and 8 nurses and 2 kennel assistants
This independent practice provides excellence in all aspects of pet care. With many years of experience in the veterinary sector, the team has a genuine passion for animal health.
