Here at Vetfinders we are helping a practice find their next hire. They now have an exciting, new opportunity for a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
If you are an individual who is commitment to developing and growing both yourself and the clients, then come and join an independent, 100% small animal practice in Essex.
Role
- No OOH
- Excellent work/life balance and rota
- 4-day week with 1 or 2 early finishes pw
- 1:4 Saturday mornings
- 1 evening check pw (only if required)
Candidates should be interested in working up and following through their cases to completion or handing over to colleagues when appropriate.
They are looking for someone who will enjoy being part of their team. They have a great, positive, happy culture and have a fantastic support team of 10 qualified RVN’s, 4 SVN's, 7 receptionists and 3 admin staff.
Securing the right candidate who fits well with the team, has always been more important than the level of experience.
A minimum of 12-months experience is required. This may suit a New Grad.
The Practice
This practice is a proudly independent, client focused practice set in Clacton-on-Sea, and less than five minutes' walk from the beach. They also have a small consult only branch surgery based in Frinton on Sea.
Client experience and patient care are at the forefront of what we do, good communication skills, both with colleagues and clients is an incredibly important tool.
They are an RCVS accredited training practice and many of their nurses have qualified and stayed on. They are also a silver ISFM and RWAF accredited practice, they also have separate cat consulting rooms and reception area. Recently the practice underwent a full refurbishment and are very proud of the result.
They have digital x-ray, a very good ultrasound machine, comprehensive in house Idexx laboratory equipment, including Procyte, Catalyst and Sedivue. Video endoscopy, multiparameter anaesthesia monitoring including CO2, Tonopen, Bair Hugger and dedicated cat ward.
