At Vetfinders have partnered with Kings Veterinary Centre to help them grow and find their next hire. A new opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team at this expanding small animal practice in Leicestershire. (LE7)
Role
This Vet GDP registered independent practice provides excellence in all aspects of pet care. As a growing practice, they require an enthusiastic, hardworking veterinary surgeon to become a member of their team.
They offer a 4-day week as a good work-life balance is essential to maintain the high demands of veterinary life.
The on-call, out of hours rota is shared equally, max 1:5 but currently is only 1:7. There is an experienced, dedicated night nurse team to assist and to ensure there is 24-hour on-site care, this includes taking the out of hours phone calls.
You will have the Monday off following your on-call weekend, the three-day weekend after this is popular among the team.
As part of this well-established practice, you will be offered support and leadership from your colleagues. There are trained mentors in the practice to ensure you get the most out of role. You will strive to combine the provision of exceptional, bespoke and affordable care with progressive current best practice in veterinary medicine.
All levels of experience will be considered for this role from recently graduated to more experienced vets.
