Here at Vetfinders we are helping a practice find their next hire. This independent practice has a new opportunity for an experienced, motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
If you are an individual who is commitment to developing and growing both yourself and the clients, then come and join an independent 100% small animal practice in Wiltshire.
Role
The practice provides their own out of hours service, the rota currently involves covering 1:5 weekends, 1:5 Saturdays and usually 1 weekday night, although this may change with additional staff members adding to the rota.
· 1 or 2 days shifts 8.30am to 5pm
· 1 or 2 days shifts 8.30am to 6pm
· 1 half day pw 8.30am to 1pm (with an additional Friday half day following a weekend on call)
· 1 on-call day 8.30am to 6.30pm (the nurse on duty takes the on-call phone).

The Practice
Thriving and proudly independent small animal practice in attractive Wiltshire market town, looking for a motivated individual looking to provide a great service to our lovely clients, whilst having the opportunity and support to develop their own skills in a friendly practice environment.
They have new purpose-built air-conditioned facilities including 2 sterile operating theatres, imaging suite and dental theatre with dental x-rays, separate cat and dog and isolation wards, providing a great working environment.
The practice has 5 experienced veterinary surgeons with two of our assistants currently undertaking certificates, however they also benefit from the additional support of VetCT teleconsulting for more complex case work ups in house.
