Veterinary Recruitment consultant

We are currently running a campaign  with Blue Cross where every time we place a candidate we pay for a Blue Cross Nurse for the day through our donation. ‘ A dream job for you, a Blue Cross Nurse paid for too’

With a shortfall of talent our unique approach is helping VetFinders register and work with more candidates who love our message therefore making it easier for consultants to place candidates and earn high commissions!

Due to our success, we are now looking at expanding and require a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You have probably read several pretty non descript boring adverts all sounding the same and promising the earth. All I would say is if you have real drive, the ability to build relationships and experience within the veterinary recruitment sector I would love to talk to you. This role for the successful candidate is yours to own. No rigid corporate structures, no layers of management to report to. Just a small experienced team to help you in your career.

The ideal candidate

• Have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience and ideally 3 years in the Veterinary / Animal Health Sector.
• Must have had experience working in a customer facing environment.
• The ability to win business and build solid relationships.
• Goal orientated and enjoy working to targets.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A desire to succeed and have a winning mentality.
