Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Location: Burnley, Lancashire

Hours: Permanent, 40 hours a week, to include some weekend working.

Hourly rate: £9.00 / £9.50

Our client is an independent veterinary surgery in Burnley, Lancashire. Through expansion of the practice and the increase in patient case load, the addition of a further receptionist is required.

To provide the highest standards of customer service and care for its owners and their pets at an affordable price. Therefore, the person joining the team needs to also believe in the practice’s aim and vision.

The Role:

As a Receptionist at this practice, you are the face of the practice, excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous reception experience
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible in approach
  • Willing to provide cover for colleagues where necessary
  • Trustworthy

The person needs to be hard working, have a strong work ethic and be a good team player, the practice is a lively and engaging place to work, therefore an engaging and flexible approach is required.
