Role: Registered Veterinary Nurse
Location: Linlithgow, Scotland
Hours: Permanent, 40 hours a week, Full time (part time may be considered)

VetFinders are proud to be working in partnership with this wonderful 3 practice independent, based in Edinburgh and West Lothian, Scotland. They are looking for an experienced RVN with immediate effect, they will consider all applications in terms of experience.
About the practice:
Independent, family feel, close knit team is all very apparent with this practice. It is a locally owned and run, with strong commitment to giving the best possible care to clients and their pets. The practice is also dedicated to staff wellbeing, with protected breaks, regular initiatives and strong core values within the practice.
This practice opened its doors 30 years ago, and has grown strong over the years, finding success and developing a fantastic reputation in the local community. Starting as a mixed practice, it soon created a loyal client base and is known for its 1st class reputation however for the last ten years, the practice has been 100% small animal.
The practice boosts great facilities and equipment, including; dedicated dog and cat wards, recovery kennels, digital x- ray (including dental), endoscope, ultrasound, theatre, laboratory, and a complete, advanced, soft tissue surgical and orthopaedic operating kit.
The Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic, Registered Veterinary Nurse committed to providing high standards of patient care. A qualified RVN should promote good staff morale and positive culture, whilst leading by example, motivating the team towards the common goal of achieving excellence across clinical nursing standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, this is not essential, but preferred. Be able to perform all RVN duties, and lead others under supervision.
This role is being offered on a permanent basis at 40 hours per week, rota basis with No OOHs.
This role is ideal for an RVN looking for progression and development, the investment is there for someone looking to do continuous CPD, to help not only yourself but the practice develop. For anyone looking for this, financial rewards are in place.
Duties include:
· Nurse Clinics
· District Nursing
· Anaesthesia
· Radiography
· SVN Mentoring / Clinical Coaching
· Stock management
· General maintenance & cleaning
