The role:

As the CRM Executive you are the voice of the company when it comes to speaking to both prospective and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing email flows, and building campaigns to support the wider business strategy.

You’ll also be reporting on email performance and pulling insights from the data to inform your plans for comms going forward. You’ll be joining at an exciting time for our Growth team, which is a small team with a big impact on the business. A proactive attitude is a must!

You'll be the kind of person who can’t wait to check your metrics, and will be passionate about bringing your creative ideas to meetings and testing concepts based on your learnings. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting and varied projects across retention and acquisition, and will be working closely with multiple teams in the business including CX, Brand & Creative and Tech

Must haves:

  • Proactive with a creative and curious mindset; you’re always thinking of ways to drive continuous improvement and optimisations
  • Impeccable verbal and written English skills; you will be the voice of the company!
  • Proficient in Excel, and very comfortable pulling, manipulating and interpreting data
  • Experience using email platforms
  • 2+ years CRM / retention/ marketing experience

Not essential but would be nice to have:

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience: Photoshop and Illustrator (can be learnt on the job)
  • Familiar with HTML / basic email coding
  • Bachelor's Degree or strong relevant experience

The role:

  • Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures, including sending of bill reminders and contacting clients where necessary
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Verifying and investigating discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Reconciling our accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Reconciliation of bank and card statements to assist with month-end accounts
  • Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Generating reports detailing accounts payables status
  • Maintaining and monitoring cash forecasts and projections

Must haves:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
  • Appreciation of how payments impact profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet accounting
  • Understanding of expense accounts and cost centres
  • Understanding of compliance issues in accounts payable, such as taxation and filings
  • A knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Our client is looking for an additional vet to join their busy, growing practice within easy access to London.

You will be an experienced Vet, confident with routine surgery and also some sole charge responsibility. Good communication skills are paramount. You will be working alongside a professional and friendly team of 2 Vets, 2 RVNs, 2 Veterinary Care Assistants and 1 Receptionist .

The role will be working 4 days a week with a weekend rota of 1 in 3.
