Our client has a brand new role and are currently looking for a Clinical Director to really drive their two practices forward. These practices are located very close to each other with under a ten minute drive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Vet with extensive clinical experience who is seeking to take their next career step. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver outstanding care and service and strengthen the relationship between the branches.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years UK experience, and be able to perform most standard emergency surgeries and manage complex medical cases. You will be a good leader who thrives on developing other veterinary surgeons, new graduates and a nursing team. You will be very proficient in programmes such as Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams. Ideally you will experience of managing teams before.

Full time over 4 days per week plus 1 in 6 full weekends.

Our client is looking for an experienced Vet/Clinical Director to support and manage their three practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Vet with extensive clinical experience who is seeking to take their next career step. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver outstanding care and service and strengthen the relationship between the branches.

You will manage of a team of vets, including performance management, succession planning and CPD plans. Maintain high clinical standards. Review of profit and loss accounts alongside the wider team and use intuition to highlight areas where savings/opportunities are clear. Identify business opportunities for practice growth. Work alongside the head nurse to ensure that the nursing team is running in the most efficient way. Build and maintain relationships between all staff.

Our client has a new role for a Clinical Director to manage and support their small animal practice.

Are you a veterinary surgeon with extensive clinical experience seeking the next step in your career. You will need to have the ability to deliver outstanding care and service and strengthen the relationship between the branches. You will be an experienced vet (5 years UK experience) able to perform standard emergency surgeries and manage complex medical cases.
You will have good leadership skills and enjoy the challenge of developing other veterinary surgeons, new graduates and a nursing team. It would be desirable that you have managed teams before.
 

Full time 40 hours a week over 4 days.

1 in 3 Saturdays
