Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all patient care.
  • Manage and lead the whole team.
  • Provide personnel necessary training to ensure patient quality.
  • Monitor compliance with legal guidelines.

Skills

  • Train, supervise, motivate and lead the team.
  • Budget responsibilities and working with the Practice Manager to plan resources.
  • Recruitment responsibilities. 
  • Plan and oversee all patient care and administrative operations and programs
  • Design and manage rotas.
  • Provide staff with the correct training and opportunities for continuous development.
  • Set and manage KPIs and evaluate performance regularly.
  • Identify practice growth opportunities.
  • Perform standard and complex medical procedures.
  • Keep the team up to date with the latest medical procedures.
  • Plan and oversee all patient care.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong leader who works well under pressure
